Oolong: Chinese and Taiwanese Teas ($20-$22/lb)
Oolongs have some of the qualities of both black and green teas. At
their best, oolongs are beautiful, full-bodied teas with a fragrant
flavor and fruity, sweet aroma. The vast majority of oolongs come from
China and Taiwan (also known as Formosa).
White: Chinese and Japanese

White teas are the most delicate of all teas. White tea has a pale yellow
cup color and a delicate, fresh flavor. The two most popular white teas
are the White Peony (also called "Pai Mu Tan" or "Bai
Mudan") and the treasured Silver Needle.

Fast growing in popularity among those looking for an alternative. Tea-like
in cup color and character; Rooibos (and honeybush) are naturally 100%
caffeine free herbal beverages rich in essential minerals. Imported
from South Africa, Rooibos is processed from the leaf of the Aspalathus
linearis root, and looks and tastes very much like tea. Rooibos can
be enjoyed hot or cold and with milk, lemon, sugar or honey.
